Thomas Frazier has lived in Stanton for more than 50 years. He served in the United States Marine Corps during the Vietnam era, later owned a framing company, and concluded his professional career at Kaiser Permanente.
Thomas and his late wife, Marsha, were married for more than fifty years and raised two daughters. His life reflects a longstanding commitment to family, work, military service, and the Stanton community.
As a Stanton Planning Commissioner, Thomas has worked to understand the needs of residents, businesses, and neighborhoods. That experience has prepared him to represent District 1 with integrity, accountability, and practical leadership.
